You have the unique opportunity to join us in our nourishing and rejuvenating weekend retreat in the beautiful Hotel Rural Casablanca, an impressive complex, the consequence of the restoration of an old canarian house of the XVIII century, with magnificent views of the Teide and the sea. Located in the ascent of the Barranco de Ruiz, of great scientific interest, at an altitude of 600 meters square, it is the ideal place for reconnection to nature and our true inner selves during this year´s summer solstice.
Mindful and strong morning yoga flow in combination with evening restorative practice, meditation and healing astral music, nutritious food, choice of excursion or self-nurturing relaxation with your favourite book in the pool area, energy clearing solstice ritual filled with candlelight, plenty of space for quiet time or sharing a dance with your new friends in the evening times, this all creates a unique possibility for new healthy intentions to move the right direction towards self-realization and inner peace.
The spiritual significance of summer solstice is known since the ancient cultures. This powerful moment of energy alignment opens the door for pure life force energy. It reminds us of the light within each of us and of our full potential. It is the ultimate triumph of light over darkness We are so excited to share this amazing experience with you!
